Yeah, the samurai Predator was a let down with the body. I felt a little disappointed with the stock body, so I get what you’re talking about. Hopefully, if we do get her, her armor, skin, roar, and dreads are unique along with customizations like the City Hunter. Perhaps she could have a unique net gun variant, or weapons that allow for quick get in and get out combat. As for her stats I imagine she’ll be closer to the Scout than anything else. Maybe with some decent gear stats, but low health, high speed, and energy recharge rate.
Bomb defusing is too easy
There was a scout in her hunting party, I don’t think she’s a Scout. The descriptions were too different. The scout was a speed ball of destruction, where she was calm and controlled.
In fact because of illfonic not wanting pay to win characters being sold, there’s a good argument for her being a level unlock reward, I think she’ll be a Hunter variant but with some added bonus like CH had, possibly a buffed net gun. Higher wall floor pinning chance but less ammo. It could be something different though, there’s not much to go on in the book.

She tore through them very quickly, and efficiently. I think, and I may not remember correctly, that she was described as the fastest Dutch had ever seen, which is why I thought of her as a scout.
I’ll have to reread her section and get back to you. I thought that was how he described the Scout in the trees they met first.
I think he did describe her as brutally efficient, killing them fast and accurately.
This book you guys are talking about can I get it on amazon? Also I said it up there but I really want a badass melee weapon something that can transform or have different move sets not unlike the katana. OR give me more throwable weapons like the Shuriken but not pilotable kinda like throwing the combistick maybe have like 2 or 3 of them and then you gotta go fetch them or they could have a boomerang effect as long as the travel path is unobscured. That could be pretty sweet, or out of left field new traps or decoys like a holo-Pred or a rope trap that hangs you upside down?!

Some of the weapons you mentioned have been data mined, others sound cool and there’s an ok chance we might see them.
I don’t know what would suit her character best, but I’m very curious to read whatever they add about her. A name would be helpful for discussion too.

Going back to the netgun btw and other projectiles not plasma related what conditions do you have to meet before it will pin them and I’d heard that in the beta you could pin people with the arrows and the combi but I only see it happen to AI enemies are there special conditions for them too?
If you’re pinning with arrows, or the combistick, I think it has to outright kill the player when you hit them, and it would need a surface to pin. I achieved pinning a guy when I tossed the combistick through his head and it pinned him a wall.
Now with a net the if you shoot a FT member straight down it’ll pin them to the ground but if you shoot it at them and their close to a wall you should pin only if the direction of force from the net would push them into the wall.
