Bomb disarmer

this is really annoying as Predator you dont get to call re enforcement’s and respawn all your killed teammates we dont even get teammates and yes I know Predator is solo but this bomb defuser is just killing the game especially when you have 3 or 4 dutches running around.

Illfonic has to make some sort of adjustment to make this a more difficult task for example if Fireteam is getting shot while disarming it should require them to start the process over instead they can have the entire cartel shooting them in the back countless times while they sit there and disarm

Just don’t die and the task is plenty difficult. It shouldn’t be hard to learn how to not die because you have a cloak, a massive leap and a massive health bar. Maybe you should stop exploding at peoples feet as well but I’m not sure, I’ve only used the self destruct twice.

I think the disarm is to prevent Predator from easily weaponizing the self destruct.

If you want to get a successful self destruct off, when you get into second wind, run the timer down a bit and make the FT think you’re fleeing and let them chase you and commit to you, then jump on something high, like on top of a train or stack of shelving or rooftop, then when they’re nice and close, initiate Self Destruct on your own terms. Watch them frantically try to get up on top of where you are, realise it’s pointless and then, now it’s too late, enjoy the explosion and kills. It’s still a loss but it’s on your own terms I guess?

You just gave me an awesome idea. What if after the chopper leaves, we can arm the bomb, and be able to throw it at the chopper as one final hail mary/fuck you to the ft?

Like literally only after whoever is alive gets in. You get like 25 seconds or even 15 seconds to do so.

I think that would be great xD.

Well, it’s been said that after the chopper is called if you can get downed and set off your self destruct close enough, but far enough away to not be reachable in time the FT is probably doomed.

But, this is just hearsay. I know nothing.

Okay no dude it is so hard to die as a predator so go play as a fire-team for awhile and you see how often you’ll get your shit rocked! If you die as a predator after all these patches you must be seriously Horrible at the game he’s got a major buff! I say if they were able to kill me then they should get that body! Again play fireteam and you’ll see what I’m talking about 🖕😘

Dude the predators are super strong after these patches it’s so easy to flee when you need to so YEA ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT! DONT DIE DUMB ASS I feel no empathy for you it’s so easy to slaughter fireteam now

Oh I can slaughter an ft. But by no means are the ft ill equipped. Fun fact, 1 clip from an smg, 25 rounds, puts a pred at around 40% hp.
Now times that by 4 and you get a ded pred.

Ft is still strong as hell, but it feels a bit even.
And honestly if yall are dying as ft, and there wasnt a slam spamming pred, then yall need to fkn open your fkn eyes and be more aware.

Okay but here’s a fun fact for you predators can jump and weave even with one coming head on at you your most likely not gonna land all those shots before he puts you down it’s a cakewalk as a predator now!plain and simple also a tatic that’s always used is down one shoot the rest of the fireteam with bows or plasma caster it’s not like you gotta go headfirst and fight em so if a pred wounds you first then charges in your maybe only gonna get a few shots off before your dead 💀 and those health capsules don’t last long when you engage the predator

Lol I’ve been sniped in a leap before. So it’s all on the ft to watch each other.
But it goes both ways.
You gotta be smart and aware on both sides.

But the only fts that get slaughtered are unaware/newer players.

I’m not a new player my friend I preorder this and played the two day trial man and that’s great that someone landed a decent shot mid air but that doesn’t happen often man so not a great defense you could also say “ one time I was chased down by one fireteam member and he killed me” or “fireteam sniped my mask from really far away” if we are talking about those rare moments then sure but now if your a predator it’s almost a insured win!ive slaughtered very experienced players with ease skill doesn’t matter anymore I’d love to hear what’d you have to say😘
