adding this would cost them a lot (more now hes dead) and we would have to pay a lot more for the DLC for it…

I think there are stipulations for copyright but I think were safe for requesting samples. However the issue was that Long Tall Sally was…well I think he wanted to be remembered more for his life’s musical acheivements rather than this movie or game. And well alot of these musicians are around a critical age…maybe we should wait until the right time for this.
