We are looking into getting the Boom Box Startup music in the helicopter sequence.
During the begginning of every mission as aFireteam Member we get treated to a in-cabin chopper sequence where a boom box from the 80s can be seen. This boombox (in the movie) is replicated, however there is no music being played in the game except for the music of the predator theme music. In the movie, Little Richard’s song Long Tally Sally is played because it was probably legally agreed to be in the film.
However, if we yell hard enough, maybe we might be able to have the illfonic dev team include a song that is right fit or perhaps a song that an original member of the cast might have selected.
We should give them examples of songs that are right fit for an era prior to the films relase.50s, 60s,70s. Little Richard - Long Tall Sally was written in '57.) ) Think hard about the music selection (it probably will only be used as a sample and not as a full song).
