Ok so last night I played a couple 1v1 matches with a friend. He was the perfect candidate, as he is a good pred but not a player that will just go in and kill everyone in less than a minute.
Bots will follow and protect you, they are dumb and very susceptible to ranged attacks but will definitely prevent dumb melee rushers from getting to you.
TBH, far better to play with them than with headless chicken potatoes.
Now all we need is a system so we can command them in a true AI squad type game.
Case in point, they suck, but I like 'em. Against any decent pred, they are meaningless, so I don’t get the complains of others who are saying “they are broken”.
