Yep, no cloak bubble it is now invisible. Just stepped in 3 traps in a row (right next to each other) because they are just not visible by the naked eye.
Im tossing this in the BUG folder since there was no announcement.

Traps are destructible but only to James Cameron. This should be added for all players.

I saw the bubble playing last night. Glitch maybe?
Maybe the Trapper Gear makes the bubble? It takes longer for FT to get out of it but no mention of bubble factor.
I think thats a bug because I can still see them.
Just played a game as FT…still can’t. Not to mention that the radius for getting caught in the bear traps are stupidly large. I mean I could watch Preds toss one next to me and see the bugger turn invisible from about 1 meter away and still this radius snaps to my character like magic.
There should be a fault where if you’re in the radius while it is deployed, that it should not execute.
I can only see this exploit as similar to being like setting a land mine trap as a soldier and watching a guy explode a meter away.
All.people like you do is try to make it one sided for fireteam, and all your git gud bullshit can just git gone
They didn’t announce it. So i’m posting it as a bug.
Weird, I saw some recent gameplay and the bubble was visible. So unless they added a sneaky patch recently, this should be a bug.

on a PC. Those are mine.
Dunno what to think about this. If it’s a bug, it’s a bug. But it does make Bear Traps that much more viable to use if FT can’t see “Da Huge Bubble”.
IMHO I wouldn’t mind it the way it is now only if the hit target were enlarged and that it was destroyable at first deployment before it goes invisible. There after i suppose i don’t care if you don’t see where it is…hence the real reason it exists anyway is not for it to be seen.
