Just like when the Wolf Predator was released, the Bionic Predator is locked for me after purchasing it on Epic Games

Complain on Epic support, Illfonic doesn’t care about us here.
Already ahead of ya! I’ve contact Epic Games support and they told me to contact Playstation although not really sure why when I can just simply contact Illfonic via the forums or Facebook
Illfonic does listen to bug reports, give the guys a fair go! The way people slander the company is just outrageous

We’ve done it gentlemen. We’ve found the troll account.
I just got off a live chat with epic games support, and they said they have a specialist working with the devs to get the problem resolved ASAP… but yeah… they sure didn’t have a problem taking our money did they?
I just dm them on twitter they said they will fixed it asap?
Email from Epic support : “I understand you are having issues with the Bionic Predator DLC for Predator Hunting Grounds.
The game’s developer was made aware of the issue and is currently investigating. We are currently working with the developer to understand more of this issue.
I am sorry this is the only information available to inform at the moment. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us anytime.”
Hopefully for those who want the dlc you get it unlocked this week…
Thats the route they always suggest, but if you look up consumer rights , if they don’t have it done in a timely fashion you are either entitled to a) a full refund or b)a partial refund but you keep the skin .
Its also illegal for them to release a skin and then drop their stats , they can only improve on it and shouldn’t be devaluing anything . Which is most skins they have ever released
They only nerf Predator dlcs

Thats what I was meaning , they aren’t allowed to sell you something and then drop the stats to lower than when you paid for it
If at least somebody like @OldKingHamlet told us that they were working on it.
That would be something, but right now, everything we can do is to request a refund via Epic Support.
Same here Had this before with another dlc epic could not do anything it worked when illfonic released a fix but seems they focus on ghostbusters and everything else does not matter that much.

Any chance you can refund the bionic predator pack? bought it together with the Isabelle pack but can’t even use the pred :/
How long was the wolf dlc locked for?
It was locked shortly after release when people could actually buy it. Then took like maybe 3 or 4 weeks to work or be bought then took another 3-4 weeks to have him updated.
Can’t say if maybe they are working on mandible animations for the bone mask before he gets a release on Epic?
