Buff FT nerf pred

The specialisations are completely unnecessary, I have no idea why Illfonic added that to the game.

I like how they buffed modified reserves. It would be cool if they buffed some of the predator’s other non-damage perks like that.

As a concept I think specializations are cool. But for BOTH sides. And NOT with insane stacking damage buffs. They were so poorly implemented I can’t believe they were tested.

Been playing since beta, I’ve seen this game evolve. Pred health has been buffed for all classes across the board recently and only a few specializations should be looked at other than that the games relatively balanced imo.

They actually didn’t though the armor was debunked days after it came out the new predator armor actually does nothing for any predator So in fact FT damage has mostly increased since this game came out while Predator damage output has decreased or stayed the same

the only thing they did a while ago was all the heavy preds got a little bit more stamina but then their stam regen was gutted so it doesn’t really matter

As a Veteran player and Predator this is what you should do

  • Find reinforcements.

  • Set Traps around it.

  • Tag F.T, so even without heat vision (cuz your plasma blasting them), you can still track them within range.

  • Go for the one who separates from the pack, I saw plenty of times you could have done that with your melee but you just jumped around trying to hit them with your bow.

  • And you could still get them when they try to escape to the chopper by harassing them with plasma cuz they will be under fire or by setting traps if they hide, so if they go to the chopper they will get trapped and you could have meleed them, especially since you had your sickle.

They took the cloak buff away? WHY!? It make FT more fun to play as and against. There was literallt zero downside to it.

This and so much more. Then you have players who love to play ft and challenge Pred mains but give them restrictions and then play 4 Field Medics.

If you can find proof that armor was debunked I’ll agree with you. But I’ve noticed the change. Predators take longer to kill.

they were rushing me tho i wasn’t rushing them i was throwing traps cause that’s what you do here to try and force crowd control

i triggered an alarm and was on my way to the next one when they popped in then they were clearly willing to run me down tio the other corner of the map lol but yeah i guess i’m rushing them down

but regardless this is my example to you that predators still die just as easy/fast as they did before you can look at the damage numbers at the end and damage taken from each engagemet and tell

0:00-4:00 For the first 4 minutes I saw and idiot running around on the ground throwing traps whilst rushing a 4 man team, 3 of which are PC players with deadly. Instead of healing and re-engaging he decides to rush near second wind. Gets SW. runs half way across the map to heal.

and i the player am telling you what happened i went to set alarms ran into them realized they were extremely aggressive started using the environment to attempt to separate them used traps for CC to slow down the action then had to run to the other side of the map due to them being so aggro and dealing such high damage

as you probably can assume since they are running downwards to the fishing village which is a place that for the predator is difficult to fight the ft in i’d rather fight them in the woods than in the fishing village
