Reckless is damage increase on taking damage. Fanatic is dmg and speed when below 50 (not percent) health.

They shouldn’t have ever nerfed it. Ole painless was never great but if used properly it was kinda effective and fun to use as a backup sometimes.
Now it’s no use whatsoever and pretty pointless. I don’t have a clue why they ruined it. Nobody was saying it was OP. Because it wasn’t.
A few patches ago I stood about 10ft from a city hunter, trigger held down while he downed AND claimed a guy, then turned round and also downed me. I was shooting right at him the whole time.
They totally ruined a fun, semi effective weapon for literally no reason. Either that or one of the devs lost a round to a minigun user so decided it was OP.
