90% of his kit is way too weak theres like 3 items thats meh and the rest are useless, i have not once gotten the Sword or Club to work. THATS A PROBLEM after spending 6 hours not stop trying new ways to use it and none of the ways i found work? that saids something about the item, either Nerf the Fireteams health way down or Buff the Dmg of those weapons, the Predator Should and NEEDS to feel powerfull if this game wants to have any hope of lasting more then one month.

this needs to happen. I dont feel powerful when using the predator. the fire teams ability to spot you while cloaked is broken. ive only lost 2 games as the predator but in those two loses i got absolutely destroyed because it takes like 7 hits to down someone with BLADES. it should be cut to a minimum to 4. the self destruct timer should NOT notify the fireteam. you should have to listen for the laughter in order to realize hes blowing up. thats what will make it exciting.

Keep in mind the perk that adds an extra 25% health. This is definitely worth a couple swipes.
Exactly what happened to me predator is weak as fuck such a disappointment the fire team It’s like fighting 4 terminators I think they’ve got their arnie films mixed up

Its honestly bad! I want to support this game and have been hyping it for months. But it really terrible when I have to wait 12 min to play as the predator. Then my entire match is spent running from the fire teams. I feel like prey. Its not a bad game but its called predator!!! He should be powerful and the fireteam should be scared not confident when fighting me. I even bought the deluxe pack for this game and I feel like my money was wasted.

The Predator starts off with almost no tools yes, but the fact is, Predator requires game knowledge to even be decent at. You’ll level up and unlock more and better tools. I wouldn’t say Predator is bad at all when probably no one has even unlocked Berserker yet. However, a genuine concern I have is about Elder Sword, fast, but no real damage compared to Wristblades.

What absolutely needs to be changed if they want to keep the damage output from fireteam is completely remove parrying. As of this time there’s absolutely no downfall to parrying and the knife does stupid amounts of damage to the predator, taking about 15% worth of health off each swipe which effectively kills the predator almost instantly with other members firing on him.
That and half the time your attacks don’t connect, it doesn’t leave you with much options because the ranged attacks (other than the shoulder plasma caster) aren’t exactly the greatest at damage output.

I think that’s the intention. The Predator franchise has always brought that into the mix of Predators hunting random people. Here, unlike most other asymmetrical games, the hunter can become the hunted, so to speak.
thats not the point of it. predator shouldnt be the one being hunted at all. the fire team can catch up to you within seconds if youre running away. thats not right.

Then what’s with the movies always having the protagonist rising above the rest who fall to the Predator, and then defeating him? Or the recent comic line, “Predator: Hunters”, where characters from the multiple comics come together to hunt Predators to give Humanity that fighting chance?
As for the game, you can heal in the trees, not just the ground, utilize Leaping as so to not spread your blood trail around.
Those protagonists are few and far between the rest of others who have encountered the Predator.
The Predator isn’t bulletproof sure but they are more naturally resistant, surviving or killing the Predator should be an thrilling extreme stroke of luck or skill and that is lost if all you gotta do is bumrush with a shotgun Leeroy Jenkins style to kill him.
When a Predator has died to a human it’s always been through outsmarting them or sheer tenacity but here, just throw on the extra damage perk and gun him down.

I mean, then how was it like for every single other game? AVP? Gun or Alien. AVP2? Gun or Alien. AVP3? Gun or Alien. Movies and Games are obviously going to be different, although the homage is appreciated.
Franchement le predator est trop faible je sui niveau 40 sais atous serre a rien et sont arsenal je parle même pas,le predator doit être puissant et les commando doit en avoir peur mais la sai le contraire le commando chasse le predator c’est pas logique les commando sont trop puissant
Just finished my match. The whole fire team was using a mini guns on me wtf I thought those where balanced I barely won with those broken odds. The wrist blades are a joke might as will give me unlimited plasma shots. They need to withdraw that bs balance patch cause now you created a minigun meta. I’m a level 7 pred with barely anything to even out the fight.
Yeah it’s a good thing that leveling you speak of doesn’t also make the Fireteams stronger. Oh wait…
the past two times ive played as fireteam i literally take out my knife if the predator comes close. cant hit me because the melee is broken and i take him out with like 5 hits. its dumb
