Bunch of slack-jawed ******* around here. Give Illfonic a break!

I absolutely agree with what you said about Bungie now. My point was that when Halo 1 was released they were still a small little known developer who defied the odds and made a great game, I think Illfonic has that opportunity now.

Sad that most of the halo side of bungie quit or got the boot. Now we are left with Matt Smith -_-

This isn’t their first FPS. They were brought on to do one by Star Citizen and were let go after a multitude of delays thus delaying that games entire fps development. I would also posit that the majority of issues that are voiced at this time are ones that were brought up during the trial that have barely been addressed. I want this game to succeed too, and understand the situations change however when taking people’s hard earned money there is a tacit agreement to make good on the deal. So until there is some real change we need to voice these issues to the developers.

No…they have earned no such slack to be given, they released a mediocre broken game why the fuck should they be praised or given leniency for doing the bare minimum of fixing the shit they released broken?

What’s broken exactly? My copy works fine and I have plenty of fun.

Nothing is broken per se. But there are people that think it isn’t up to par. The game has issues, sure, but they’re working on it and it’ll get better. A lot of people are reacting without thinking about the studio’s size and experience. Then they compare the quality of the product to other devs/pubs that are much larger in size and experience. I love the game and can’t wait to see where it goes.

I really don’t get the hate in the forums, everyone I play with online is absolutely addicted to this game. I feel as if I’ve gotten every bit of value on my purchase. $40 is dinner and a movie for one person, and unless that dinner is a live hog and the movie is Predator, it’s not even comparable.
