Has anyone run into this before… got taken out by this Predator with a damaged mask and not sure if this was from being attacked or something new?

Whenever Predator Masks are close to being destroyed by (most likely) Fireteam Damage done to it, it gets cosmetically more and more damaged to the point of being covered in electrical cracks, smoking steaming out, etc.
So in this instance, you and your Sqaud got pretty close to destroying their Mask, which would have removed Plasma Caster Aiming Laser, Thermal Vision and by extension, Target Isolation from the Predator’s toolkit, making the game like 2× harder for him unless he has game sense and knows where y’all were gonna be.

Gotcha… never seen it with the burnt cinders on it before. Guess it’s common. Thx for the tip.

No problem, you can ask pretty much any question and people here will answer em, no dumb questions here.
That’s normal, just from taking damage.
Its a new paint for the mask obtainable only in game - you get it by not giving a single shit abut FT snipers ;-)
