Rookie numbers. Get those numbers up. James Cameron will teach you. Arnold does over a thousand every morning.

I only need to keep mine healthy and full of pump after that its just damage to the musclo

James Cameron thinks you can do better. Perhaps I should send Arnold to motivate you by standing over you shouting slogans at you while you train.

I’m currently working on handstand push-ups.

I can get into the kick-up and hold it for about 15 seconds. I keep my body stacked in a line, but I’m fucking up on the descent somewhere.

Any suggestions?

So free standing, not against the wall? And the issue is balance?

Free standing, I practiced daily for about 3 weeks (with typical days off) to finally get the balance.

I’m clawing the ground, using my palms to move forward, fingers to move back, etc.

Well, free standing is something I never really practiced. Was more interested in strength development than the skill itself. Sorry 😐

@BadBlood move at your own pace! And, look into training calisthenics skills.

I have absolutely no excuse to not exercise anymore because I’ve learned how to use my body to develop my body. During everyday life, I’ll see a platform spaced just right or a bar just high enough and think - “I could do a handstand or a pull-up here”.

Plus - it’s cool to have people check you out when you’re walking around in everyday life because you’re ripped like a gymnast. I’m not quite there yet (I’m 6’5”, 215lbs with about 18% body fat) but I’m getting close!

Start whenever you are ready.

I like to get my work outs in between stealing childrens candy and blowing up mailboxes
