can we get actual number values and stats?

it’d be nice to see an actual numerical value when it comes to weapons and perks(on both the pred and fireteam). simply having a gun’s damage be “1/4” bar’s doesn’t really tell me much. it’d be nice to know that each bullet/pellet does “x-amount”, if reload times read as, “1.50 seconds”, as well as having the rate of fire being displayed in rp/s/m. same goes with all the pred’s weapons and gadgets.

the perks could use the same treatment. having it say, “decreases reload speed by x%/seconds”, and then have that reflected as a number value after you equip it would be better than just, “increases reload speed”. it would also be nice to know how much base health each pred has and how much damage reduction they have with current perk equipped in the customization screen. it kind of sucks just having a bunch of vague descriptions, as it feels like you’re just going into these games blind in that regard.

also, having a visual timer for how long you’re mudded up for(or just current buffs and debuffs) would be nice as well.

Agreed… never know when I need more mud so I end up staring at the ground.
And yes, what has more health a predator scout with impenetrable perk, or Hunter with no perk?

that’s exactly what i was wondering about the fireteam perks, too. it’d be nice to have a little icon showing how much time you have left when you apply the mud.

Agreed. With the current system we have no idea what value the perks actually represent, so equipping them is a gamble mostly in hope that they are effective. For instance, Fireteam Scouts have their bar maxed out for speed and stamina, so do perks that upgrade these stats have no effect? Or a partial effect? Or does it work in full, whatever that is.

hm i disagree somewhat.

Once you know whats meta thats all people use and everything else gets neglected.

I mean you can work out the numbers and people are doing it already in private games.

I would be interested to see the players damage done to the Predator as well as the damage the Pred did to the Team. I notice that I spend more time watching for the Predator, killing AI when I have to and letting my team clear objectives. So while i’m constantly making the them move I tend to get less XP, which is fine i just want to know what kinda damage each member of the team did. I think this would help encourage me to continue playing the “Anti Hunter” role for my team.

Not if the perks are done well and there’s more than one viable build.
