Cannot Change Predator '97 Loadout

For some unknown reason I cannot access my loadouts that are using the Predator '97 class. It will let me play as the class, however, I cannot go into the class and make any changes. It pops up loading and then stays on the loadout screen instead of putting me into the class change screen. Anyone know a fix for this?
