Smh. Just died bc of this shit. Had to jump to the ground where I was wasted by a FT member that pursued. The current patch is great (balancing wise) however I’m sick and tired of dying because of buggy bullshit. It’s been like this (dying from bugs) from day one.
Whoa…roll back! Since when could you heal in a tree during 2nd wind?! I’ve been mountain climbing for all my 2nd wind heals!
Its not like you can really do but you can leap in the tree to heal. But its not like you climb the tree
I’ve done it before, but that was because I leap directly to it. Maybe that was the bug. I’ve not done it very often. I shouldn’t see why We can’t do it with the merciless fire team members that chase after us.
Que the fire team bitching about predators killing people and not allowing reinforcements.
Maybe its a balance issue now. The 2nd mechanic forces you to fall from the tree if you get winded in the tree maybe they quietly added it that you cant leap and stay in the trees while 2nd winded
I would like to say it’s a bug, since you can’t perform any predkour in 2nd wind, however the tree are still solid objects that can be jumped onto. Not sure on this one.
Though personally, I would never jump into a tree to 2nd wind heal, cos of the whole…you know…big bright white radiating off you! Haha
I could see his point about annoying fireteams that chase the predator and maybe taking a second on a branch but only with medic perk equipped otherwise that second wind heal takes way too long and he’s essentially Rudolph the red nosed reindeer in second wind shinning oh so bright
Yeah I get it. I died yesterday because I got put into a stealth kill animation (was drawing the round out going for lots of downs). Funny thing was I wasn’t even trying to stealth kill this dude. But I got locked into it, melted into second wind, and still melted while in second wind while the animation finished. Almost dead by the time it ended. Jumped away, still taking damage while leaping away and through a fucking mountain. Died. Totally infuriating. Absolutely dominating the round and downing at will, died because of a bullshit mechanic 🙄
Maybe dont shoot the stealth kill person first? I know you’re always trying to be introspective about your gameplay and the stealth kill animation is a cool thing…at the right time, you would have enjoyed seeing it
The stealth kill icon wasn’t there when I went after him. I dropped in for some melee because he was out of line of sight with his team. Got a few strikes in then BAM stealth kill. I was like NOOOOOOO
Ah ha yep that sucks, I guess next time shoot him?
