Can't access any Predator customizations for PS4. Not even to play Valkyrie!!!

I have recently started playing the game again because I wanted to try out the Valkyrie Predator. But for some stupid reason, the game won’t let me access my two predator custom load outs to customise my predators. I can do the Fireteam just fine, but not the Predators! Now I got all this paid DLC I purchased with Valkyrie and I cant even access it! All I get is “Loading… Please Wait” and then I get sent back to the slots again.
Can anyone please offer suggestions to help? I have deleted and reinstalled the game multiple times to no success. And I am levels away from unlocking another load out. Please I am desperate.

If any developers are reading this… FIX YOUR GAME!!!

I’m sure you’ve already tried this but when that happened to me a few patches ago I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, I had to delete everything though

First thing I did was uninstall the game. Nothing.

If you deleted it and then went in and deleted the secondary saved files or whatever they’re called and it’s still doing that after reinstalling and doing all the updates then definitely fire an email or a error report because that is strange
