Can't Access Predator Loadout 1/ Jungle Hunter

When ever I try to customize my first loadout it puts me in a 30 second loading screen and puts me back where I last were. I am on PS4, it’s the jungle hunter, and it only shows the wrist blades. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the game but it just doesn’t fix it. Can someone please help me out, I pre ordered this game and I want my moneys worth.

I have just changed my second load out to the jungle hunter also and the same thing is happing, so it mostly the jungle hunter that’s causing the problem but it still won’t let me access it to change it.

I have the same problem with the Jungle Hunter and Samurai predator.

Same thing, but get this, it happened with Valkyrie! Seriously?!

For samurai, the loadout is reset to default after each match. In any slots.
