I purchased the Father Predator DLC on Steam over 7 hours ago. The transaction is completely processed and marked as “Completed” in my Steam history. However, the character and weapon remain unfounded in my in-game customization menu.
I have already verified game files, cleared cache, and reinstalled the DLC, but it does nothing. Steam Support explicitly closed my ticket and told me that item delivery is managed entirely on IllFonic’s side. I opened a helpdesk ticket with you hours ago but have received no response. Please help me sync my account and unlock what I paid for.
