Whenever I first tried to access the DLC in my german Epic launcher, it just had a button saying “Currently not available” instead of “buy”.
Now I changed my Language and was successful in putting the DLC into my shopping cart, but from then on I only get error messages.
Would be nice to play those new Preds, I can’t be the only one experiencing this.

The DLC has been a mess since yesterday and the devs haven’t really said anything about it.
Thank you for letting us know! We are aware of a DLC entitlement issue on some platforms and it is in the process of being fixed ASAP.

Any update to this? Its been over twenty-four hours and I think people that bought something they can’t use deserve something more than, “it’s being worked on…” like maybe an ETA or perhaps an apology?
I’m sure you can understand why some of us are a bit frustrated by this sort of bait and switch marketing…
Well we are genuinely sorry you guys are experiencing this, which is why we’ve dropped everything to fix the problem. An ETA is difficult to give due to the many moving parts involved.
You may want to advise everyone against purchasing it until the issue is fixed then; or remove it completely so people aren’t purchasing something they can’t use.

I also have these Problems in the Browser Version of Epic Games, I can hardly access the Store Site of PHG.
Are you still having these issues? Can you access the EGS client and continue from there?
