I started the game and it went straight onto private match and I can’t even choose quick play. I can choose everything else like tutorial and customisation but it won’t let me choose quick play. I have taken a screenshot of this from my playstation

Do you have PSN+ subscription?
If not, you can’t play online games without it.
I have the exact same problem, no clue if it is a bug or not. Please follow up if you figured out how to select it again.
