When u try to defuse the bomb, it glitches and trips, not always, but sometimes u cant press r2 even if its matched correctly, or the signs just keep blinking and nothing happens, cannot escape the defuse menu, etc. Can be very annoying.

Seen this a number of times on PC as well.
Sometimes the wrist falls off-world so it cannot be targeted.
Sometimes the wrist can be targeted and the progress hexagon appears but pressing F to interact with it just shows the hexagon at around 1/3 fill and does nothing else.

You ve had it the easy way. 1 time when I was defusing the bomb, the symbols were continously changing, all 8 of them. 4 from selection and 4 from it’s computer. Like, cycling through all of the symbols infinitely… died afterwards because it was impossible

I have had both these scenarios happen. One where i couldn’t push r2 and one where symbols cycled on me. What you have to do is hit L2 to cancel disarm. Then you can press square to redefuse. It worked for me when i did that.
