I am not sure how to replicate the issue yet but i have run into it a few times so far.
I think it has something to do with weapon mode switching. It usually happens if i wield Mercenary 87 and switch between nade and normal shoot mode. I can’t be certain yet. I was unable to revive another player and in another instance not able to interact with the heli rope at extraction.
So be careful if you’re using either one of Dutch’s rifles.
