Last 2 days can’t play game. When you get to the Press X to Start, Red triangle spins & says authenticating, then changes to loading settings, Red triangle stops spinning & freezes. I (unfortunately) have the 60$ Digital Deluxe Edition.

Have you checked for an update, just to be sure you’re running the latest version… I’m on PS4 and haven’t had any issues, so just trying to eliminate the possibilities.
Have you tried to reinstall the game?
Game is updated, ps4 system is updated, reinstalled game, rebuilt database in safe mode, no problems with other games, digital or hard copies. Plenty of space on hard drive. It was working the other day.
I never have these issues so far on my ps4 thankfully. Graphic glitches and shit sure but nothing game breaking.
I think it might be your ps4. My buddy was having severe problems playing the Forrest the other day.
The only thing I can say is try a factory reset.
Have you tried restoring your title liscence 's? I’ve found whenever I have issues with the game in regards to connecting, doing that would seem to fix it.
I’m not sure if it’s a placebo effect or if it actually works.
Go to Settings -> Account Management -> Restore License.
Give it a go.
Pre order customers are meant to be having a double XP weekend, wonder if that’s somehow connected. Funny that it should happen at the same time as that event and you’re a pre order customer🤔
Yeah, that’s a possibility, funny thing is, I never used my double XP from the first time. Going to a friends now with better internet to see if that helps anything.
