Cant select class

Hey guys, i have a friend who cant choose a class when in the mission briefing part of the matchmaking. He is on PS4, how do you go about fixing this? Is there something hes missing like a button shortcut to be able to select the class or is it just bugged? Cheers

Has he unlocked the other classes yet?

Yeah hes got the scout class i think? Or recon, whatever the second human class is.

Alot of ppl complain about this not being able to select a different class… both sides pred and ft. Sometimes u get only 3 seconds or whatever, it is definetly bugged…
