Change back the hand held plasmacaster's projectile color back to blue

Just do it. The blue looked closer to the movie. You can leave the new variant’s red, i don’t care about that.

In fact, this pistol is a complete mess. The flash of the shot is yellow, the projectiles are red, the light from the projectiles on the walls and ground is blue (!!!), hitting the target is purple!! Freaking RGB gun!
