Changes need to be made illfonic god damnit!!

The Predator needs heavy nerf on health and damage. The handheld plasma caster needs to have limited ammo and and foremost the AI health and Damage needs a massive buff they go down so easily and aren’t a challenge. @Fire @Drakos @VENN7eance @WhiteKala78 @madmardigan @Widjumm
