As it stands, 4/5 times when joining a game as fireteam, the voting phase is already over and I can’t change my loadout. I like to try to pick a class that compliments the rest of the team, but that is almost never possible with the current implementation of it. Somehow there needs to be more guaranteed time for even the last player joining to pick his loadout. This is just a little quality of life change that would be great to see in an update sometime in the near future.
Another QoL change that I would like to see is the requirement of holding the action button on where the exfil flare would be in order to call the chopper. Being able to wait at the exfil location for your Fireteam to gather would be a nice touch to the game, as it would prevent accidentally putting others into a bad situation and give the team an opportunity to decide if they might want to go do the secondary objective.
