If I change my Playstation username, will I lose all my points and progress?

you shouldn’t lose anything. i changed my username on ps4 in like 2022 and nothing happened to my progress in game

No, changing your name doesn’t affect anything. I’ve changed my PSN like four times in the last two years, everything is the same.
