ChatWheel dialogue being bypassed by Zues

We like Zues and all, but don’t let that get in the way of our ChatWheel!
Its terribly annoying when you’re executing a command(of sorts) to FT members close by and you can’t because there is Zues then there are OWLF /reinforcements guy(who ever he is)…and there is a brief 10 seconds of this in which we can’t say anything.

I think this breaks immersion and control of your character.

We should be able to execute our dialogue at the same time as Zues right? Dont tell me this is a programmers fault. This should be pretty simple right?
