Are people able to cheat in this game…i know pc players are mostly hackers these days…being chased down after leaping and leaping away…hiding in a corner…and 2 secs later they can see me and kill me while im healing

Your statement that PC players hacks comes across as saying all PC players hack. This is far from the truth. A very small percentage of PC players actually cheat and PC players as a whole have to put up with the cheating more so than console players. Trust me PC players despise cheaters.
Of course there are cheaters in the game however. There are cheaters in nearly every game. It is very hard to prove though. Perhaps record video evidence of the cheat occuring. Also there is a report button in the game. It is under the mute players in the pause menu. You have to make sure to do it during the match though as for some reason its not available at the scoreboard.
That being said what you are describing is very easy to do. Players in this game chase a lot and it is certainly not exclusive to PC players to chase. With the addition of a headset with good sound it is very easy to be able to hear where the Predator is and remember if you stop for 2 seconds just because you are invisible doesnt mean I dont know you are there. All of a sudden your footsteps stopped and you were probably not seen leaping away so it can be fairly obvious if a predator is just standing still invisible.

I found predators healing many times and I don’t cheat. I usually follow the blood. Sometimes I just get lucky.
The distance i traveled to get away…and the change of direction…theirs no way…just no way…i was also cloaked invisible crouching…impossible
ALL REPORT THESE PLAYERS IF YOU FIND THEM. THEY ARE CHEATER FROM PC, THEY CAN SEE FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE MAP AND THEY ALWAYS KNOW YOUR POSITION EVEN IF YOU GO OUTSIDE OF THE MAP AND STAY CROUCHING INVISIBLE.

Yes, there are cheaters on PC, and there will always be cheaters on PC, in every PVP game.

Thats all i was saying…but im being attacked by probably cheaters
it’s not fun for me when I buy a game for 40, 60 euros and the cheaters spoil my experience of the game…

The evidence is the game, the game is start and they instant know where I was. They starting shooting me, I jump (with long jump perk) to the other side of the map , STAY CROUCHING INVISIBLE, and they know where I am, they just run into me and shoot me when I was healing (at the last moment of the heal, when I jump away I see that I was way far from them. Repeat this for entire game. They intentionally didnt kill me and bulled me for 7 minutes.

if you think everyone on PC hacks just turn off crossplay if ur on PS4.
If youre PC then add some friends and play private matches with them if you cant deal with it.
