Hey guys, I just came out of a game that lasted 2 mins at the very least. I was playing Pred, you know isolation, find them and start poking them with damage and then all of a sudden I lost my mask with what looked like super human accuracy or something so I leaped a good 4 times away then got shot into second wind leaped again another 4 times (In different directions to confuse them) then they still found me… I ended up killing 2 of them with my blast radius but what did I just experience? Is that even possible?

I turned cross play off because I noticed it when I faced pc fireteam snipers. Would shoot off my mask while invisible and leaping early game. Didn’t happen all the time, but a few was more than enough to prompt me to turn it off with the bullshit wait times
Wish I could do the same but im on PC, the aiming with mouse feels a little weird to me due to the low fps and how the mouse movement is in general so I just stick with a controller… That being said I just did another match with PC players and it played out as it usually does so I have no idea what I experienced there.
I just spent around 8 hours playing in a premade fireteam… I can assure you, a co-ordinated fireteam on comms, will easily spot and wreck you if you’re not playing smart. And at lvl 100, we have little incentive not to hunt you down, we WILL chase you, we will find you, and we will wreck you if you’re not paying attention.
The fix to this is actual pretty simple, give FT more options to earn VT, give me a reason to do something for fun other than hunt the pred.
as for mr familyguy over here who turnned off crossplay, whatever man, you do you, but you’re literally shrinking the player pool for yourself, and it’s gonna extend your que times even more.
So you just came to a conclusion that i’m not playing smart? I don’t mean to argue but I have had my fair share of games, i’m a level 100 too. I understand that you have to play by the rules or you die but what happened here was nothing like that… For one I retreated as far as possible as soon as I lost my mask, I literally fired one plasma shot before losing my mask, it’s not like I just stood there in plain sight and shouted “come on kill me im here!!!” either. So who knows, maybe it was just a freak occurrence that took me by surprise.
Some shitbird PC players turn their graphics way down, it allows the sniper to see you across the map. Jus sayin
Easy fix is make medium the lowest setting in that case. I’m all for a fix to it.
