Lets be real for a min and use some big brains here people , pc has had memory modifications for the game since beta , and as of launch of the full game there have been updated “hacks” for the game specifically wall hack for predator and im sure their is aim assist of some kind floating around on the web. Ps4 is not free of this people have had hardware level access to ps4 for almost 3 years now and can boot into a isolated linux install to modify memory or programming on the fly to mod games.
Is there a specific ps4 mod for this game atm probably somewhere have i ran into it i honestly do not know 100% but i have had some very suspicious matchs in regard to bows never missing and getting full on headshots while moving. If you do come across any weird games dont just go around reporting people without picture or video proof and detailed explanation of what and when things happened you could get people just playing the game banned cause you suck at playing and got butthurt.
Now comes the opinion part , i think we should have some type of report feature either on this site or where ever they choose and structured requirements for users to make a report which is pretty standard on these type of games to have.
