City hunters skin color, armor patterns and mask colors wont change when I’m trying them.

Just keep trying to equip whatever your trying to put on him and that hour fix it

is actually working on me, try refreshing the game. or select another loadout.
Try deleting your save data and see if your problem still persists

had this happen too, just try switching classes, choose some kind of skin color for example and klick on it a couple of times until it’s actally selected. Works for me.
This happened to me too. I had to unlock one of the skins then it showed up.
