After erasing save data and rebuilding Pred loadouts the problem has subsided. Upon reflection the issue did not begin until equipping the City Hunter Rebreather mask on a loadout, then the problem manifested. So the City Hunter Rebreather mask is still glitched and at the very least causes a Predator to be unable to leap in Second Wind. Here’s hoping that illfonic finally fixes this mask once and for all or disables it until it is fixed to avoid further problems with it.

Tried the City Hunter Rebreather mask once again today, just minutes ago. Still bugged on PS4 Pro. Disables sprint preventing full movement and also interact, preventing eating pigs. The issue cleared after using a Med Kit, which was odd. Opening Options menu did nothing to alleviate the issue. Removed the mask again and will test to see if the problem persists.

Also, no I haven’t checked every other item as I don’t have all the masks- some of them are just unappealingly designed, look like cheap motorcycle mask knockoffs. No other item has given me this amount of trouble. I would say the Bow is an issue still because they STILL haven’t fixed the glitchy melee attack happening when attempting to fire, hence decloaking you and giving away your position, forcing a breakaway escape to avoid getting melted by combined fire, leading to lost match time and higher probability of the FT escaping…

Also, the install makes no difference- it’s the save data that gets corrupted. Deleting the game is a waste of time.
Not really. I had someone who installed the game from day one and did not reinstall and the game was unplayable.
Once they had a clean install the game miraculously started working and was smooth.
