Do we think the city hunter will have different stats or just be another reskin?

Well assuming hes a paid dlc, then stats. As so far they have all had different stats. However if he is an neca action figure that will be released free like alpha, then reskin.
Though tbh im pretty sure he will be dlc and as such have his own stats. I imagine he will be somewhere between hunter and scout but it could be the other way.
I’d enjoy for the preds to have more prominent passive abilities like “Dutch”
Understanding we dont need the times to be any higher…
But I wanna know what makes each one “special” other than the skins
Unless they are purely cosmetic!
