Claiming will get you stuck

It’s happened at least for times now, whenever I claim a body especially one on an elevated position (top of truck, building, platform) I get frozen there and cannot move at all. The only fix is if you’re put into second wind within 120 seconds otherwise you’re kicked for inactivity.
