I agree. The current mechanic is kinda useless. I almost never hear any Preds using it, and when they do it never actually fools anyone, especially when it’s an all male Fireteam and you hear a woman’s voice calling out for help. If they added that classic effect to it like in the films, with the echo and pitch changes, it could be used more as a psychological tool to instill fear and paranoia, which is what I thought it was meant for.

How do you leave out those classics?! No offense to the voice actors for the audio decoys but they sound very uninspired to say the least.
I would at least love a quiet yell of “turn around” as a mimicry option. I very rarely manage to trick someone with mimics, but using “help me” to taunt FT’s I’ve downed is the best as it gets.
That laugh. I want at least the laugh. lol.
