I’m toying with the idea of buying Cle and testing it throughout the weekend so…
I’m a scout fan. Scout and Falconer are my top 2 preds in game. So should I? Is it worth it? I have all other preds, does Cleo offer anything that other preds can’t offer?
Cleopatra dylema...
Statistically Cleopatra is the best Predator in the game ATM. Now whether or not ya can put those Stats to use varies on the player, but it should be noted she has an almost perfect Stat Distribution at this point ever since getting a Speed Buff. If you want I can give you a rundown of her Attributes & describe generally what she excels at.

Cleopatra is okay, im trying to find a way to use it well but the health, movement speed, and gear are good in my opinion. I hope this helps.

Okay so here’s the breakdown of Cleo’s numbers. I’ll compare her to Scout specifically as you like Scout, good choice BTW I love Scout too.
Health - 1450 (450 more than Scout’s 1000, NOT accounting for Predator Armor which kicks in at 500HP on every class and essentially gives them a 25% Defence Buff)
Energy Capacity - 1300 (Scout has 994)
Energy Regen - 90 Energy per Second (Scout Regens 105 Energy Per Second)
Overload - 14.5 Seconds (Scout’s Overload lasts 9.5 Seconds)
Stamina - 1050 (Scout has 1500)
Stamina Regen - 135 Stamina per Second (Scout regens 175 per Second)
Movement Speed - 9.9 Metres per Second (ONLY 0.1 slower than Scout & 0.3 faster than Hunter)
Passives - 13% Extra Melee Damage (Scout deals 5% LESS Melee & has 9% Bullet Resistance)
Perks - 11 (Scout has 15)
Gear - 13 (Scout has 8)
Specialisations - Stalker (15% more damage when Stamina is full) Enraged (10% faster movement & stamina regen after you hit 25% HP once, remains after for the entire match) & Tactician (15% more damage against FT who are Trapped or in an Interaction)
Cleo is essentially a more extreme version of the Elder Class but with Speed more in line with the Scout. She has some of the best sustainability in the game in terms of Energy output (Hell she gets infinite cloak with ONLY modified reserve equipped) and can dish out an extreme amount of damage from range with the Stalker Spec. Her only real downside is low Stamina but her speed, damage output & ludicrous amounts of HP for what amounts to being a Class that can afford to sit at range for almost the entire match & potentially output enough damage with the Plasma Caster & Smart Disc to one shot any class at or below 150HP with a direct hit from either.
Cleo’s best kind of build tends to be a combination of Stalker with Large Pouch, Medic & Adrenal Boost equipped. Stalker provides a meaty 15% extra damage to all of her attacks as long as Stamina is full and Large Pouch gives her 4 Healing Kits & 7 Bear Traps & Motion Trackers to play around with whilst Medic speeds up Healing by 45% and considering Cleo’s speed & tankiness can make her VERY hard to punish. Adrenal Boost covers her only real downside which is low stamina & makes Stalker much easier to manage due to the fact Stamina regens faster.
Think of Cleo as a Scout that NATURALLY comes with Impenetrable, Energy Cell & Fearless. Because by default she’s pretty comparable to running a Scout with that Perk loadout except that’s just her basic stats. She still has 3 slots for ya to throw anything else ya want on.

She actually looks like its something worth trying out. I’m not that great at range attacks (all my scouts are melee fighters XDDDDD) but stalker is something I enjoy from time to time on my elder pred.
Ok, thanks to your detail analysis the decision was made. Getting her just now and throwing her on a test run against bots in private, just to have a good feel before pubs.

No problem. She’s actually a very decent Melee class due to her passive 13% extra melee damage which can stack with Fearless to become 23%. Add on Tactician and that’s another 15% melee damage against any FT member who is stuck in a Netgun & Bear Trap (And keep in mind with Large Pouch Cleo gets 7 of them) or is trying to interact with a Supply, Objective or Revive their teammates.
Not that melee is viable against good Premades but hey, go nuts in Public lobbies.

I think that like the Valkyrie she is fine. In my experience she is better than both Scout and Falconer vs pc premades. She is a faster and tankier Elder, the later being more usefull if you will go for a Lens+Stalker+Downrange build since he has more perk points. Since the laser is always visible as fuck on night mode she is probably a better Stalker than the Elder.
