Cloak test.

Technically, Dutch lost, but the predator wanted to have some fun, and it cost its life.

Here is where the predator could have taken the easy win.

Because they have their Yautja honor code so they have to fight in fair way (even if plasma caster vs pistols doesn’t seem that fair šŸ˜‚) and he didnt want to kill an unarmed man.

The perk suggestion is awful if u ask me… people will literally only main meta that… i think its fair to say its better to make it passive and not perk wise… thats why its all going to shit xD…

He could have won after that just as well when he removes his mask and plasma caster. Thing is, the predators ego, pride, whatever was part of that fight.

You do realize movies are made to give the Hero of the story the victory and the Villain the loss. If The Predator truly existed and this scenario played out, logic gives the Predator an easy victory everytime. No Special Forces Unit on this Planet can take out a highly advanced killing machine, highly advanced in physical, technological and mental, let alone one guy (Dutch).

Nerf the cloak now. Just this.

The pred now is complete invisible since it does not move. Not like in the movie. Dont matter if it is at 50, 100 or 200 meters, or just sitted in your face.

There is no challenge anymore. Just a piece of cake. All you have to do is choose a confortable and distant tree, and bow the entire FT to death, since you dont move your ass.

i can say the same about rifles with hitscan… lol

Predator has always been capable of complete invisibility

Dude, go back and watch Predator again. Arnold got his ass beat to shit in unarmed combat with the pred. If it wasn’t for his luck that the pred stood right under that huge log counter weight, Dutch would have had his spine torn from his ass. Plot armor for the win.

wait how is it predator’s fault and cloak’s fault if FIRETEAMS only mission is to exfil and camp at the missions cause that’s all the missions are… stick close to the location lol…

Not gonna lie predator is not obligated to kill them he can literally just sit there on a tree and observe.

If you can’t dodge the arrows from far as shit away or find where the arrows are coming from then that’s on you entirely. The cloak is fine. After having played a bunch of matches as FT and a lot of private matches against some good predators from this forum I can say that the cloak is more or less right where it needs to be. The FT must now stay together to win and actually complete the objectives. Main thing I see that’s a problem though is that snipers with anything greater than a 4X scope have become useless unless the preds cloak is off.

Honestly i think most of us that go on the forum pretty regularly have this game close to the heart but a lot of us left

CH lost in a attriction battle were he was the one in the dissavantage, shot multiple times, in a bad enviroment, almost no equipment, handicaped. Herrigan wouldn’t had won if he didn’t had so much external help to give him openings. CH didn’t lost because a human was better then him, but because he was already beaten up and evened things for the human.

Black is, not Tracker or Falconer.

Welp…The reddit poll speaks for itself I think, for what it’s worth

Let’s face it, nothing is ever going to stop these ā€œthis is OPā€ threads. Someone’s nose is always gonna get bent out of shape with each patch.

Adapt.
Overcome.
Survive.

I mean target isolation pretty much spoon feeds you the ft as the pred. From their spawn alone you should roughly know which missions they can possibly do.
