Not most, player base now is smaller. I cant say they re all good obviously. But since it’s much smaller there are more chance to find a challenge. That is what I meant simply.

it’s worth mentioning I too think that 45m is too short as it’s more of a medium range when long range was the issue at least with sniper dmg output (albeit they should probably just either tone down dmg directly or remove the dmg up perks) I just don’t know distances well enough to gadge the right distance if I had to give a take it would be if ur on the far roof at the building where the team breaches the door with the IED explosive of derailed you shouldn’t be able to see a predator till he pass the blue fence assuming he is coming from the helipad camp does that sound reasonable? Or is that too far/close do you think? Also do you think it would be fine if this perfect Cloak was instead a perk that costed say 7 cost? But it remained at 45m?

mmmm your suggestion is very interesting. this can make scout class and alpha more viable. I think in general that a full invis while moving is litteraly unskilled and nonsense in multyplayer game, but people complained about sniper because it was op. So I think they should make this full invis able to help people to not get melted across the map. 45 meters is not across the map is CLOSE RANGE. Maybe a normal 150 can be fine and they can add your super expensive perk to make it at 60 and it could cost 6/7. This idea can be sent to devs actually.

Just trying to make the discussion more reasonable and find a solution rather than just

I like where you’re at with thag but I still feel we’re off on distance here. I feel like 75 meters is the real threshold and I say this because this new cloak is the only thing keeping preds being hunted down.
Scout/Recon with double time can hold a pred in that 100-150 range easy and give chase to even the best preds in second wind or just pulling back to heal.
This is a major overlooked thing when discussing the cloak.

Honestly, needs tweeking or not, thats probably the best balance change that was done since day 1

I have already explained 100 times, it is not difficult for me to explain in 101.

Changing the cloak is NOT a protective function. Cloak for 50 meters is a change that allows the predator to take a position from which you can give a welcome shot, close the distance in 1-2 jumps and attack a weakened enemy in close combat. Increasing the distance will return us to the situation when the only playable strategy is spamming with bows and PCs from a distance from which you cannot be seen, we do not need this, we have an Alpha who WANTS to impose close combat on you, we have a scout who keeps this “average” distance can put pressure on FT, we have a Samurai who now does not need a cloak at all, we have many different classes that use DIFFERENT arsenal in their own way, and not just a bow + something. Now you do not need to run after the predator, he will come to you, it depends only on you whether you have enough brains to defend against him or not. I just dropped 2 people with a spear. With a spear throw. Do you know why I had a spear? Because I was able to give up the bow entirely, I do not need it with a new cloak because I can retreat and through the whole forest the idiot will not chase me, thinking that disguise works like that, highlights the enemy for you.

Stop referring to this change as “Fight against sniper rifles”, this is a necessary functionality with which the FT needs to learn to live, and not whine on the forum, which funny FT began to remind me of the survivors from the DBD, who are still asking to fix the NOED.

The game on the predator takes 3-4 minutes, honey, the waiting time is not an argument and not a reason to nerf the side. You know, game design is not yours, try yourself in simpler games, how about 
 checkers? XD

The wait time is not a problem? The wait time is the main reason why this game lost 80% of the starting player base. I did posts with balance suggestions in which I mentioned million nerfs for fireteam , so no I haven’t ansked for a Pred nerf but for different buffs, in order to male the game fair and more enjoyable for every one and not only for Predator one tricks that couldn’t beat decent teams because their lack of skill.

Waiting time is not a balance issue.

The survivors of the DBD are significantly stronger than 80% of the killers, but the killer game is still searched for 5-10 minutes.

Now, all you do is scream “this is not fair! I want to kill predators in every game with no effort! 11” like a little kid, god. If you were to adapt to the meta the way you cry on the forums (and it’s mostly you), you would have gotten used to playing against the new cloak long ago.

Man I have no problem with balance , I still win 100% and if I find you again I Will secure your body in less than 3 minutes like always. As I said, I suggested many other nerfs (even more impactfull) for fireteam. Illfonic read my posts and one of these changes get implemented (medikit nerfs). Unfortunatly you havent read that and seems that you dont understand english very well plus it looks you have very serious comprehension problems.
