Cloak variations?

Can anyone confirm what the different variations on cloak do in privates? Hybrid, velocity, distance. We tested and couldn’t figure it out

Velocity is old cloak before the change distance is if at far distance you get full I vis 50ish meters and hybrid is both of them I suppose
