Cloak visibility has changed again

…or are we not going to talk about that? I’ve seen a cloaked Predator at well over 100m leaping in the distance on Backwater tonight and people I’ve been playing with have noticed too. Or is this another bug? I doubt it, given how many salty FT mains were having hysterical fits like teenage girls last patch. Congrats, you got your fucking wish.

I think my requests were reasonable. 70 meters full invisibility (because the closest tree branch can easily be further than 50) and some sense of direction on the leap if there within 50 feet.

If they did move it back I hadn’t really noticed, almost all my Pred fights have been close range. I’d like some numbers though if anyone has tested.

Don’t take it personally VENN, we’re all looking for the best game possible… didn’t get my distortion on the jump. 😕

If they did move it back that’s super lame it was all we had as a distinct advantage over FT and now right after they get a major buff they make it easier for them to see us. Well it was nice while it lasted guys 👍

I havent seen that but , need to be tested. But for me is the right change, it should be more visible tonhelp randoms. On the other hand , all of the other buff from specialization perks brake the game and make it unplayable for Predator. Plus the bugs …

Honestly, yeah I could understand pushing the range back but Holy shit if they added the specializations AND nerfed the cloak at the same time? The Predator’s best technique at this point is harsh language if that’s the case.

I think the cloak is fine now and I play FT 70 %. He is the predator, he is not suppose to be easy to see

I think you misunderstood. Up until patch 2.05 you could see the Predator at any time across the map while cloaked. In 2.05 they changed it so that the Predator could only be seen at close range (45m). Now it looks like he can be seen further away again

My friends tested on Private match, cloak hasn’t changed. It is the same as before, confirmed.

Just for confirmation, is the predator fully cloaked 45 m and beyond?

Any chance it wasn’t cloaked, or just the trees were moving?

Could have been an armor glitch, were just the armor and mask are visible. I think I’ve seen that in a private match recently. I should have recorded it and reported it.
