I was always fine doing my own thing, until it was brought to my attention by my FT on Reddit that your boy @Madisyn_Skye started posting shit about me and others, and here by the OP again. Sorry for late reply. Busy yesterday in the real world. This is probably going to be my last point I plan on making in the thread.
While I mostly agreed with your post and respect that opinion, there is a key difference you don’t seem to get that I would like to clarify because it is important and because I am probably going to link to this article as a reply at times so I don’t get banned on other platforms by writing it there. In the classic Call of Duty days, players didn’t actively try to ban each other or broadcast any trash talk online for the purpose of calling out other players. Sure, some did, but they were considered in violation of the unspoken rule that was going on. The difference here lies in the fact that DEEZKNUGHTS breaks the Code of Conduct rules himself AND THEN bans or shames others for less egregious violations. For example, I was like 500 meters behind my team in one game he happened to be in, so he screencapped it to post on this forum, fully aware I didn’t even have an account here, AND on Reddit - where he tried to ban me after I called him out.
So, it’s not just the reporting or the trash talk—it’s both. He actively plays both sides of the issue by talking shit and trying to ban people, and then hide in a corner by reintroducing the rules again and talking about accountability. Madisyn is cool because he was not even trash talking (or reporting for that matter) in his original post, and I’m cool because I don’t report people to mods because I will occasionally trash talk if other people are trash talking. DEEZKNUGHTS, on the other hand, is the only person here as far as I know who will trash talk you and then turn around and report you if you say anything about it, citing the rules, and he will do this even if you are an adolescent. That’s the issue at play here, and he cant say it isn’t true or point to something else because he is the sole person on record doing it - with the video and report email the he posted here as a minimum example.
