Combi-Stick Parrying

Anyone else noticing a sudden decrease in Combi-Stick parries? Just had two matches in a row in which no parries executed on a spin-to-win Zerker. None of us got a parry off on him despite us timing and stabbing. Need some others to help figure this out

As much as I agree, this isn’t how preds should find their upper hand. Combi-Stick attacks do dog shit for damage and should get a slight buff but there’s parrying to worry about. Only way for FT to effectively counter melee. Without it, just spin to win and bullet spraying

I think it’s a perk

What do you mean? The parrying? Or Fearless?

If you mean Brute, then that only increases damage when an attack is parried. But it needs to be parried for it to proc. It’s a win-win. Parry, get time to counter, pred gets more damage potential

No I mean it could be a bug because it effects parrying

THAT… Is a good point…

Any good knife fighter knows to knife INTO the pred, not back away and let him come to you. You gotta get in his face and stabby

You ever play warframe?
Cause you clearly dont know spin to win if you think these stiff ass swings are that.

Was he up on you while swinging?
Like touching you?
Cause remember, you have to be like 3 feet away to parry it.

Stop running up on pred lol.

Lol 😂

Well, the combistick can damage beyond the range of being able to parry. There is also an issue with parrying if the predator isn’t actually facing you directly. Might make for good testing content. Usually, I try to get closer to parry the combistick.

It bugs out if you and the predator are up on each other.
As for the not facing one, that’s Just cause the window to parry is smaller if you hit with the edge of your attacks.
That’s why if anyone runs combi I tell em to aim to hit with the side of the swings.

Yes. The elder sword as well.

Good lord my fkn phone.
I put aim not ain’t lmao.

I dont see it working to well with the sword.
Cause I dont mean to face them and hit them at max range, I mean to face to left or right and hit them with the side of the swing.

I dont think elder sword can pull this off how I Iike doing it on combi.

It just doesn’t have the reach.
