I came here from Red Dead Online because of boredom, so for me this game is constantly providing entertainment and enjoyment. My third week so things aren’t getting to me as much as others, but I’m also biased because I’m a Predator fan with a problem😊

I understand you mate… I got bored because I played the Trial and 3 weeks - 4 after launch and there was simply nothing left to do. until now when there’s challenges and Arni’s everywhere.
Bought the DLC because IMO the devs did a solid or at least good job with the patch and how the skin looks, and the details inside the tapes.
What I don’t like is how lighting works on Arni’s hair in a match, looks completely blonde while he’s 78. Not something to brag about but ya know, did this done that.
Maybe he was born with it, maybe it’s Maybelline 🤣🤣 No, it does look awful. But everything else is amazing, I have zero regrets about buying the game and paying a few quid for the Arnie stuff. And I’ll support them again next month because of it. If next month isn’t up to standard, then that will affect my decision for the third installment. I’m doing my best to be fair, because it’s such a delicate IP.

This is what I’m expecting too.
It’s way too early to be overly concerned with class balance. Especially given how old the game is and what is left in store for it. We’re going to be seeing new things that will shift balance in favor of pred / ft for quite a few. I for one am really curious about other game modes and how they will influence the overall balance like half a year down the line.
Releasing Dutch was a good call. It stimulated players to try playing the fireteam instead of going for pred. It opened up the queue a bit because it being a new piece of content to play with. But again, as I’ve stated before, due to the lack of content it’s just not (yet) enough. Especially in terms of the fireteam.
I do admit the ammo counter on the hammerhead’s nade launcher is a tad high. It leaves room for error but given it’s damage I feel it should lean more towards strategic use to flush out / motivate quick thinking for the pred player.
I’ll give it a month and if the Hammerhead still has a grenade launcher barrel I quit.
Lmao no just kidding the barrel is cool as fk. Probably deal 10% damage to the Predator per hit. 10%-17% max my guess.
Completely agree, less ammo would make people calm down and think before using it. The missions are monotonous, it’s easy to memorise their structure. The real fun and challenge is what strategy the Predator player is going to try and use against us, and since the update I’ve noticed alot of variety where people are trying out all the new changes which is a really positive change. Dutch players need to chill with the voice wheel but I get it, gotta try the new toys out and who doesn’t want to have their character say "Get to tha choppa!"🤣👍🏼
I literally ran out of ammo every match today while using the Hammerhead. Felt useless afterwards. Had to use Ol’ Painless…
I just don’t want them to remove the impact projectiles. That would ruin it for me. They can nerf the ammo count, but I never had chance to enjoy the original grenade launcher with impacts, and we need something like this to hold the Zerker rushers at bay… Also, some proximity mines or sticky bombs would be sweet😈but, we have enough now. I just wish Pred mains would understand that the majority of our weapons are useless, we may have a huge selection but the vast bulk of those are just a waste of a weapon slot.
I’m still on the fence with Ole’Painless. I’ve yet to see someone use it effectively, most die before the first round gets chance to get loose. And after a certain distance it does nothing but ping off the Predator.

the predator moves pretty fast and the mini gun can barely shoot any rounds before it runs away
and makes u move (ft) really fking slow
well when you can dump THAT many rounds that fast with that kinda damage i’d say its fair
Has very low damage. Very big crosshair (whatever its called). most bullets miss if the predator isnt literally kissing your forehead. 300 rounds and only ~100 hit their mark close to medium range. and still really low damage
Predators see that thing and laugh, sidestep and watch FT struggle to track them even a metre. It’s always felt like a burden. A teammate in a game I was in got positioned in a corner inside one of the Stargazer buildings, so had clear line of sight if the Predator rushes him. The Predator slowly walked towards him, the bullets only started coming out when he was less than a foot away. I saw alot of bullets hit, but FT was downed before he did anything of significance. All that time he had to get the gun spinning still didn’t help, I haven’t taken it with me since. The chances of being able to actually benefit from it are too slim. I don’t want to see it buffed. But maybe in future maps it’ll have a place, but open terrain tracking with that is potato.
