yes they could do something like that, in apex they do thematic skins like animes and they dont have the right they just twist the characters so they don’t get sued.2 weeks ago they released jason voohees and freddy krueger , they didn’t put any money behind they just made them a different color.
Sounds kinda cheap but that’s better than nothing

EDIT: Holy shit, the comments on that post…99% of the people there would die in seconds to a skilled team, they don’t even realize. And Stephie here is clueless about the pistol and the skill needed to use it, absolutely clueless.

Ohhhhh it was that MoulaCouleurHulk guy. Yh I bumped into him several times on the same night.

In the first game I was messing around with a Feral class & he hid for half the game mudding up around Backwater until I found him so I brought JH Tracker every game after that when I ran into him. In the second game I’m pretty sure he rage quit while I was long claiming him & the 3rd game I think he either backed out on me or quit after dying. Not too sure on the order of these though. There was also another game I remember when it was either him or some other guy I bumped into several times on the same night & I found this last guy blowing himself up with his own grenades so he didn’t have to fight me again😂😂

Oh & to add onto that I’m pretty sure he never tried to shoot me once, he only tried to stab me with his knife & kept swinging wildly & missing. I did bump into a couple of the same people multiple games in a row though so they all kinda blur together.

Yep & only tries to stab the Predator. If I’m remembering correctly I don’t think he fired a single bullet at me but I could be thinking of another guy.

That explains why he has a hard time countering the plasma pistol. You have to use more than your knife to fight a pred with the plasma pistol lol

Yup. People would rather complain about other playstyles than actually get better & counter them. Or Heck, in this case it’s just common sense, you don’t bring a knife to a gunfight. If a Predator is shooting at you with a ranged weapon pull out your gun & start shooting back instead of trying to stab them.

Dude I can’t tell you the amount of people who chase after me and try and knife me, like, what the actual fuck are they thinking? They’re not going to hit me, and even if they do, it won’t hurt me that much, and I’m not so stupid to just stand still and take it. And I’ll always out-damage the knife anyways (unless they triple hit, but that’s another story).

Most of the potatoes on this game who think they are good only have two things in their arsenal:

  1. Grenades/RPGs/Impact Grenades
  2. Knife

Both are easy to avoid for the most part, and they still aren’t even decent with either of those things because they get smoked by Elite Predators or even just decent Predators pretty easily, and that’s when they aren’t just backing out against good Predators like Beefcake5678 & HORNHEADSWORLD did the other night when they saw me in the lobby despite having 2 other people that made a full squad against me.

It’s honestly baffling how people can be that simple-minded & self-entitled to make the dumbest plays against the Predator & then blame the Predator for their mistake because they can’t be bothered to get better & improve.
