What are you using, console or PC?
What were you doing when the error occurred?
Pics?
Video?

You can’t just post this and expect the developers to follow the breadcrumbs…

PS4 PLATFORM
I ran into this today. I rebuilt the database in safe mode, forced a reinstall of the latest PS4 software update, reboot the console and it’s gone so far after 6 hours of play.

I do that regularly on my ps4.
I did that on the 2nd day of this last patch.
Don’t worry, the crash will happen again…

Same problem

console: PS4

mode: Hunt, with the Predator; when I play as Fireteam the error didn’t show up.

I didn’t found any specific factor that triggers the error, I played different builds, weapons and skins.
