This is an old bug that I’m sure has been discussed here before, but I had thought it had been fixed as this is the first time I’ve experienced it in a while.
You can see in the video below at just after the 5:00 mark the controls get glitched and I’m forced into a pointless energy slam, and then all subsequent leaps as I exit the area are followed by a swipe (attack) action until the point where I switch to an audio decoy and throw that, which seems to fix the issue.
This video also features a double Reinforcement, though I’m sure that’s unrelated and just a separate bug (less of a problem, as although they attempt to bring back the dead again, it doesn’t actually work).
