Cooling Syncs have absolutely no effect on overload recharge rate. With or without the Cooling Syncs, the recharge rate is 8 seconds. (TESTED)
Tested both the Leap Slam overload, and Plasma Caster discharge overload with and without the Cooling Syncs perk…
i had a feeling a lot of these perks dont do anything.
keep testing them.
I just tested the stamina boost one very quickly.
Without perk: Hunter Class
Sprint Time: ~23seconds
Elder Sword Swipes: 7
Recharge Time: ~12sec
With Perk:
Sprint Time: ~25seconds
Elder Sword Swipes: 9
Recharge Time: ~11sec
All times are ROUGH using the match timer. so could be +/- half seconds and such.
So in terms of sprinting away, that perk doesnt help too much, but in terms of getting a coupple extra hits in, it helps a bit.
Just to clarify thats not 23seconds of sprinting and then 7 swipes etc. they are seperate tests from full stamina
Allot of perks are either doing nothing, or so little that they may as well do nothing. I have a feeling the perks have allot of bugs
